GoogleVery large, space for storage is deceivingly small. They hide fees and try to get money off your deposit for even the smallest of things. Was told I'd be given £100 back if I told them to cancel my room 2 weeks before my moving out date, did as told and only got £40 back because they said I was a day late despite calendar proof otherwise. Still salty about that and the fact that they charge 14 pounds for a key lock that can be picked with a piece of a soda can.

GoogleThe price was over double what they said on the phone and they wont let you open an account unless youre there with all your stuff. Some of the staff are really nice. The music pipped through the building is infuriating and I could barely tolerate being there for too long. It is handy as it is not too far from town but that is the only reason I would use it again. I hope I dont use it again. I do hate the place.

GoogleIt's quite a central position and clerks are nice and they service they offer to store your thing is good. However, the price turns out to be a lot more than what you planned from the original quote as you need to put insurance into account and it is mandatory so you can't refuse it. I paid £42 for 4 weeks in the smallest locker. The price is also half for the first 2 months and then it goes up to full price. So it would have been £84 from the third month onwards. It is therefore a temporary solution. Good thing is that if you move your things before the time you paid they will refund you.

GoogleEasy like Sunday morning, do your self a favour and check all your stuff in online, I didn't realize this and had to think about every item I was putting in my safe space. There was a very warm welcome from everyone and my lovely sales advisor kim who was extremely helpful in making it a smooth, simple process, on both my visits to the office this was the case. I would highly recommend because it's safe, reasonably priced, great staff especially my sales advisor but most of all it's the tea and coffee offer that sold me on the place. Maybe more parking but don't think it would get that busy that there wasn't space

GoogleI've needed to use storage here for the past few months and will happily say that every member of staff I've engaged with has been really lovely - very personable, professional and helpful. The storage facility is good, clean and secure, and offers exactly what's needed from a space like this. Signing up online was easy and I managed to get a half price deal, which was a very competitive offer at the time and thankfully, their site's very user friendly. I've had to move units since signing up and there has been nothing complicated about doing so, so all in all I'd recommend this company at this location.

GoogleGreat service, big storage unit's ranging in small to very large storage unit's, a vast selection of packing materials, staff friendly, helpful and polite, parking is off road and spacious easy to use with lots of trollys to move items back and forth vehicles.
