GoogleChris and his team (Chloe, Abby, Ricky, and Donna) at the Upminster branch were all excellent from start to finish with the sale of my property. Chris was knowledgeable and responsive, and had great commitment and energy in securing my sale. I would 100% recommend them to anyone thinking about selling their house!

Michelle from Balgores Upminster was great. Conducted the viewing, and regularly kept us up to date on the purchase of house. Was able to contact her easily when we had queries or issue with the purchase. She was able to advise on other services such as surveyors without being really pushy.

On of the branch manager's come to our house to value the property and was quite frankly very rude and insulting. No real communication and conversation on reasons why selling etc. It was purely just walk in take measurements and that was it. The whole conversation didn't provide me with any confidence and generally told the manager to get out and don't come back.

GoogleWe bought a property a few months back with Andrew leading the sale. It was a very straight forward, no-chain transaction which completed promptly within 6-8 weeks. There were no hiccups along the way and Andrew made us feel very comfortable as buyers and that nothing was too much to ask! Would thoroughly recommend!!
