⭐ 1 Star, One of the Worst Estate Agent Experiences We have viewed around 2 0 properties while house hunting, and this was by far one of the worst experiences we have had with an estate agent. Firstly, booking the viewing was unnecessarily stressful. I called three times to arrange it, but each time I was told that a colleague would call me back. Nobody followed up properly, and I had to keep chasing them just to book a viewing. On the day, we arrived around five minutes late due to heavy traffic, but we had already informed them by message. Instead of receiving a professional and welcoming service, the male agent showed very little interest in helping us. We were essentially left to walk around and look at the property ourselves, with minimal explanation or engagement. What made the experience particularly uncomfortable was the difference in his attitude towards us and the next viewers. He was noticeably friendlier, smiling and engaging with them, while we received a completely different level of treatment. It honestly left us feeling unwelcome and wondering whether we were being treated differently because of our background. We were genuinely interested in the property and would have considered making an offer. However, there was no proper follow-up, no call to ask for our feedback, and no meaningful effort to engage with us as potential buyers. We eventually moved on. We have also dealt with other branches of the same estate agency, particularly around Hornchurch, and our experiences there were completely different and much more professional. This experience was extremely disappointing. Buying a house is a major decision, and prospective buyers deserve basic courtesy, professionalism and equal treatment. Unfortunately, this branch fell well short of those expectations. Based on our experience, I would not want to deal with this branch again.

Absolutely fantastic service from Sarah, Arif, Donna and the entire Balgores team! From day one, they were brilliant. They secured a buyer on the very first weekend our property went on the market and then worked incredibly hard to drive the sale through to completion in just six weeks. What really stood out was how proactive and responsive the whole team were. They kept things moving, stayed on top of the process and made what can be a stressful experience feel well managed from start to finish. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received. A huge thank you to Sarah, Arif, Donna and everyone at Balgores. We would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again!

In our experience Balgores were really good in the service they provided, Arif in particular was fantastic in his customer service, from showing us around the property, updating us on the sale progress and taking our needs into consideration. we had the sale go through much sooner than expected which was brilliant due to Arif keeping on top of it.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received throughout the process of buying my flat. In particular, I’d like to give a huge thank you to Oskar, who was incredibly helpful from start to finish.
