GoogleI couldn’t recommend Balgores enough. From my very first viewing right through to the end, they made what can be a really stressful process feel so much easier. Thank you to Cameron and John for the two viewings, both were so friendly, helpful and made me feel completely comfortable from the start. Every question I had was answered quickly, and I never felt like I was asking too much, even with the smallest things. Once my offer was accepted, Frank took over and honestly deserves a special mention! As a first-time buyer, I’m sure I wasn’t always the easiest person to deal with 😂 There were plenty of questions, worries, messages and probably more checking in than necessary, but Frank was incredibly patient and reassuring throughout. He was always quick to respond, kept me updated and never made me feel like I was being a nuisance, even when I’m sure I was! Having someone so approachable and reassuring to deal with made such a difference during what can be a very daunting process. A huge thank you to Cameron, John and especially Frank for all your help and for making buying my first home such a positive experience. I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better team and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Balgores

Google⭐ 1 Star, One of the Worst Estate Agent Experiences We have viewed around 2 0 properties while house hunting, and this was by far one of the worst experiences we have had with an estate agent. Firstly, booking the viewing was unnecessarily stressful. I called three times to arrange it, but each time I was told that a colleague would call me back. Nobody followed up properly, and I had to keep chasing them just to book a viewing. On the day, we arrived around five minutes late due to heavy traffic, but we had already informed them by message. Instead of receiving a professional and welcoming service, the male agent showed very little interest in helping us. We were essentially left to walk around and look at the property ourselves, with minimal explanation or engagement. What made the experience particularly uncomfortable was the difference in his attitude towards us and the next viewers. He was noticeably friendlier, smiling and engaging with them, while we received a completely different level of treatment. It honestly left us feeling unwelcome and wondering whether we were being treated differently because of our background. We were genuinely interested in the property and would have considered making an offer. However, there was no proper follow-up, no call to ask for our feedback, and no meaningful effort to engage with us as potential buyers. We eventually moved on. We have also dealt with other branches of the same estate agency, particularly around Hornchurch, and our experiences there were completely different and much more professional. This experience was extremely disappointing. Buying a house is a major decision, and prospective buyers deserve basic courtesy, professionalism and equal treatment. Unfortunately, this branch fell well short of those expectations. Based on our experience, I would not want to deal with this branch again.

GoogleIn our experience Balgores were really good in the service they provided, Arif in particular was fantastic in his customer service, from showing us around the property, updating us on the sale progress and taking our needs into consideration. we had the sale go through much sooner than expected which was brilliant due to Arif keeping on top of it.
