GoogleHIGHLY RECOMMEND KINETIC!!! I have dealt with Kinetic for several years now, both as a seller, a buyer and for rentals and I cannot recommend them enough! They are not your run of the mill estate agents, they care about every single client and their needs and I personally don't know anyone who has dealt with Kinetic that hasn't praised them for the same! All staff are brilliant but Nina and Matt particularly go above and beyond for their clients. I'm so grateful to them for all they have done for me over the years. I'm not a friend, I don't work for them, I'm just a client that has had nothing but fantastic customer service! So don't let other bitter reviews give you a false impression, no one can please everyone 100% of the time but the majority of reviews speak for themselves!

GoogleNina was hands down the best agent we dealt with in the whole of Lincolnshire. She was responsive, proactive, helpful, kind and completely on it throughout the process. I haven’t come across Kinetic before but I can’t recommend them highly enough. If you are looking for a proper job ask for Nina.

GoogleOur original IT company “sold our contract” to Global4 and unfortunately the service has been appalling from the start. Although “support” is meant to be provided at a monthly cost, it is either substandard, delayed or ceased to exists. Recent disputes and trying to get out of the contract has meant a cease on our lease line and as a CARE HOME, this is just absolutely appalling. If you value your communication to your stakeholders, please do not use this company for your IT needs.

GoogleHaving to deal with the untimely death of my wonderful mum and as executor for her estate I have to say the the support, understanding, empathy and kindness shown by Charlie and the team at Romford branch of Balgores estate agents was an enormous help to me at such a difficult time. I am slow too trust but at every point during the process from probate estimation through to completion of the sale of my family home to a wonderful family I felt listened to, understood and treated with kindness and compassion. I have recommended Balgores to a friend, who although got another branch team, felt they supported her and got the job done. This appears to me to mean that recruitment and training of the right kind of person for the roles within the organisation works. Many thanks to Charlie, Louise, Billy and all the other team members who helped me through a very emotionally difficult time.

GoogleI’ve rented a property through this agency and the only thing they are interested in is collecting the rent. When it comes to fixing problems that arise in the property that’s another story. Over 3 weeks now I’m unable to use the sink in the bathroom. On the rental payment day I will get a text message from them every hour until I pay rent but can’t get support when I’m in need of it. Don’t expect the same service when you’re in the property.
