We approached Balgores to rent our property and Reece Woodhall arrived promptly to our initial valuation appointment and impressed us with his sleek attire in addition to his brilliant market knowledge. (His photography skills really are most excellent too!). We appointed Balgores as Reece really did shine at our initial meeting and Reeces' persistent dedication (in and out of hours!), constant communication, kindness and understanding of our needs, meant that our property let straight away to wonderful tenants, delivering exactly as he said he would. We are thrilled that the service provided by Reece as he most certainly didn't disappoint, especially given how particular I am (eek!) so thank you Reece - we appreciate you! We must also mention Jody Manno who is also a credit to the Balgores team. Jody helped in finding our lovely new tenants and she too is a pure delight due to her kindness and friendly, calm nature. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Jody either, regardless of the hour. Jody ensured the entire process from tenant holding deposit through to tenant move in was faultless, making the entire process stress free which is perfect for busy landlords like us! Thank you Jody, we appreciate you too! If you're looking for a letting agency who employs people who actually know what they are talking about, communicate well, deliver on everything, are constantly professional and also kind, adding that all important human touch other agents are missing, then look no further as we really do recommend the best lettings team in the market.

Mark Claxton has been nothing but exceptional. Overall: I have just signed up to rent out my first property through Balgores. The process has been seamless. I am not the easiest to work with as I left things last minute but Mark and the team made it seem so simple and easy. Pros: - Mark was very clear in the different options available to us and didn't put pressure on us to just pay more - Good knowledge about local area and responsive to needs quickly. A big benefit that Balgores is local - We took a while to decide when we were going to rent out the place and had many questions along the way. Mark was always fast, informative and helpful - When our contractors for the certifications fell through, Mark managed to get his team confirmed to complete these the next day. It was seamless and no hassle from my side - Dealing with the tenant has been great so far. They have moved in with nothing needed from me - I notified Mark quite late we wanted to move a tenant in quickly. This was handled very quickly despite me sending forms in late Cons: - No issues yet. I look forward to partnering together

Im writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the service provided by Balgores Romford Estate Agents. I've several complaints regarding the way I've been treated as a customer, particularly with regards to their preference for their own mortgage broker. It is evident to me that Balgores Romford Estate Agents show bias towards customers who use their preferred mortgage broker. Despite my having obtained a mortgage in principle directly from a lender, they have strongly suggested that I use theirs instead. This is not only unfair, but it is also illegal according to the UK's Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008, which prohibit estate agents from requiring buyers to use a particular service in order to complete a transaction. Moreover, I have reason to believe that Balgores Romford Estate Agents have withheld important information from me and have not been impartial in their dealings with me. As an estate agent, they have a legal obligation to provide impartial advice and disclose all relevant information to their customers. However, it seems that they have failed to do so and have instead shown a preference for their own financial interests. I am extremely disappointed with the way Balgores Romford Estate Agents have treated me as a customer, and I hope that they will take my complaints seriously and take the necessary steps to rectify their behaviour and practices.
