We just got our keys to our first home today! Absolutely delighted with their service. Abbie, who made our journey a delight; longs waits and paperworks seemed endless but having her by our side throughout the process really helped us! We hope your paths cross with her with your buying/selling. She is caring, attentive and the most helpful. Our endless questions and requests never tire her and she is always on time. Our cute little first card for our new home came from her! Overall a very pleasant and exciting journey we have just completed! Thank you Abbie, you are a star!

We have just sold our property through Balgores Upminster. Abi was personable yet professional throughout. We really appreciated the efforts that were went to to ensure viewings were close together, which meant the world when we have a busy family home! Abi's communication was great throughout and she worked hard to ensure there was good communication between the buyer and seller. Donna was also fantastic as sales progressor. She kept us regularly updated when chasing solicitors, and had good communication also.

We recently bought our house through Balgores Upminster and had a great experience. The communication was brilliant throughout, we were always kept in the loop and never had to chase for updates, which made the whole process as stress free as possible. We mainly dealt with Katie, who was fabulous and very helpful, and also spoke briefly with Chris, who was great too. Really impressed with the whole team and would recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell. Thank you Katie and Chris!

We’ve just exchanged on the sale of our house, and can’t thank the team at Balgores Upminster enough. From start to finish, Chris was professional, knowledgeable and always available to answer our questions. We always felt informed and supported throughout the process. A special mention also goes to Donna, our sales progressor, who was absolutely fantastic. She kept everything moving, chased things proactively and kept us updated every step of the way. Her communication was excellent, and she really helped make what can be a stressful process feel much more manageable. Chris West and his team in Upminster have helped us find a number of would be buyers and assisted with getting our sale over the line. As with all high end sales you look for genuine buyers and Chris and his team found these and was helpful at each step. Also Chris found us our new home which helped the overall process. I recently let a property through Balgores Lettings Upminster. The process was handled by Mark Claxton and went through quickly and smoothly with the property being let within two days. Chris listed and sold our old home and helped us find our perfect new one. The chain became a bit tricky when our original buyer pulled out, but Chris acted quickly and found us another buyer who was just as good, if not better. He was always responsive and kept us updated throughout, which made the whole process much easier. We really appreciated his help and would definitely recommend him. Very disappointing experience with Balgores Upminster. Our first home purchase took around 8 months and, despite being genuine and committed buyers, we felt that communication and transparency were lacking throughout the process. We were repeatedly left waiting for clear updates during periods of uncertainty, which caused unnecessary stress and loss of money. Based on our experience, we would not use this agency again or recommend it to others.
