We had a very positive experience with Marie and the team at Balgores throughout our purchase. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and they were always professional, responsive and proactive in helping to keep the transaction moving despite a number of challenges during the conveyancing process. Since moving into the property we've unfortunately uncovered a number of significant issues with the house itself, but those matters are entirely separate from the service we received from Balgores. Throughout the process, everyone at Balgores was approachable, supportive and genuinely committed to helping us get to completion. We'd have no hesitation in recommending Balgores to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

Top notch experience renting through them. They have been as quick as humanly possible arranging for any emergencies to get resolved and their staff go above and beyond. Our fridge broke down during a heatwave, James went to Slough for a replacement when there weren't any that would fit in the local stores. From the moment I requested a virtual viewing while we’re abroad, the service from this agency has been outstanding. Charlotte contacted me immediately after I expressed interest and arranged for videos to be taken the very next day. She was consistently responsive to all our questions, and the referencing and affordability checks through Goodlord were seamless and straightforward. I couldn't ask for a better Estate Agent - Whilst selling a property, I was taken for a fool by a "lesser" estate agent - a quick phone call to Matt Bates @ Winkworths, and he proved to me that not all estate agents are worth the bad rap they get. They offer fair pricing and an outstanding service - they will listen to you as the client and work with you to get the job done.
