I had a fantastic experience throughout my house purchase. Ruby was excellent during the viewings, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, making the whole process enjoyable. Marie was brilliant with all the administration, keeping everything organised and ensuring I was kept up to date. Sam handled my case throughout and was exceptional. They were always responsive, supportive, and genuinely cared about helping everything progress smoothly. The whole team provided outstanding service, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home. Thank you all for your hard work!

As a first-time buyer, I was very anxious about the ins and outs of buying a property. I'd heard the process could be very stressful. After saving my money while renting through Balgores, I contacted their sales team and spoke to Sophia. From the very first phone call, Sophia's warm, welcoming manner and friendly nature immediately put me at ease. She invited me into the office to discuss properties within my budget and also introduced me to their mortgage adviser. Sophia arranged several viewings and has been guiding me through every step of the process, always keeping me informed and making everything much less daunting. So far, I am really pleased with my decision to buy through Balgores, and I'm looking forward to getting the keys to my new home. Thank you, Sophia, and the whole team, for all your support.

From the moment Paul Dobbs came to value our property, it was clear he had our best interests at heart. My Mom is in her 80's and Paul came to value her home in Gratmore Green. His initial valuation visit was warm, professional, and entirely stress-free, He took the time to walk us through the entire selling process, and answered all of my Mom's questions with patience. Paul was so helpful a really lovely man. Thank you Paul.

We had a good experience with Balgores Estate Agency. They successfully sold our house, found a buyer, and even secured one for our buyer's property too, handling the chain smoothly even though our chain was more complex than usual with staggered complete dates. Despite the initial salesperson leaving early on, the team and in particular Georgia Yexley kept us well informed throughout. The sale took nearly a year, but that was due to issues with the owner of our initial purchase choice, not Balgores. They got the job done.

A huge thank you to Dillan and Georgia at Basildon Balgores!!!. When I first met Dillan when he came round for the valuation I knew I was the guy to help us. He gave us a valuation and advice on day one and followed through with what he said and had us sold on the first open day weekend. A special mention to Georgia also for all of her help progressing the sale. I can’t fault the experience they both gave us and are both a credit to Balgores. If you are thinking of getting a valuation make sure you ask for Dillan @ Basildon!

Liam and Michael are outstanding - their knowledge of the rental market, their dedication to providing outstanding service and their results are truly remarkable. As first time Landlords we were nervous about entering the market, especially in light of recent legislative changes. However, they led us through the process thoroughly, professionally and clearly. It felt as though they worked around the clock to make sure they got the right tenants for our property. They had a solution for everything and did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it - often exceeding expectations. I can’t rate them highly enough - I recommend them to everyone. True credits to the Balgores Basildon business - they drive for results and I expect many Landlords use Balgores because of them.

Dillan was great. Some complications on our onward purchase but wasn't by any means Dillan or the teams fault. Kept our buyer engaged for a long time and that's all we could ask for. We eventually found our new gaff and happily sold and moved in.
