I’ve been in the property industry for 40 years so when it comes to selling your own home, you know what you are looking for. Joe Hayes is and has always been very professional, he does what he says he is going to do. Honesty is key, there is no point telling you an inflated sale price, you are just wasting everyone’s time. Great communication, a driven mindset and the best selling agent in Brentwood. I would highly recommend the Brentwood team. Under offer within 10 days and we have now exchanged contracts. Balgores’s should be renamed Balglorys 🥳

I used Balgores to handle the sale of my nan’s property while acting as Power of Attorney and honestly couldn’t fault them. The house sold very, very quickly and at a price we were happy with. Massive thanks to Joe and Luke for everything throughout the process. Always at the end of the phone if we needed anything and kept everything moving smoothly from start to finish. Explained everything we needed to know at every step and happy to answer all our questions - communication from both Luke and Joe was fantastic. From the first meeting with Joe, I knew I wanted to use Balgores. You can be assured you’re in safe hands as he very clearly believes in what he does and fully delivers on it. Would highly recommend. Balgores wasn’t my first choice as other agents had promised me a dedicated service at less cost which was not forthcoming. Moving to Michael K and team was a refreshing change. My sale was handled with speed, energy and excellent feedback throughout. I felt that Michael and his team were on my side and I received timely, accurate and good advice when needed. A lot of effort was put in by Michael and the whole team in getting a difficult sale over the line. The little extra I paid in comparison with other agents was well worth the difference and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you. Balgores.

I used Balgores to sell my flat and was extremely happy and satisfied with their service. All staff I spoke to during the sale were very helpful and professional and Michael in particular went above and beyond in keeping me updated and making himself available at anytime to answer any queries I had. Michael from Balgores Brentwood is beyond a dream to liaise with. Having dealt with many estate agents, I can safely say he is one of the best out there. He is efficient, trustworthy, honest, open, kind, caring, considerate, compassionate the list goes on. He goes out of his way to help you. I would like to thank Michael for everything he has done for us and even though we ended up purchasing a property through another agent, he was kind enough to sit there and listen about the other property, wish us luck and offer advice, whereas other estate agents can’t wait to get off the phone and are very rude once you no longer require their services. My fiance and I have recently moved into a rental property which was managed by Balgores Hayes. Jake Coldwell truly went above and beyond in assisting us with any questions we had, with timely and efficient responses. The process was extremely easy and anything we were unsure of, Jake was quick to help and provide any reassurances. If we do decide to move homes, whether it be another rental or buying, I would absolutely refer back to these guys as they have gained my total trust and I know what a great service they provide. Fantastic experience and excellent service. I'm writing this review as a non client Joe at Balgores Brentwood is the agent for my buyer. Joe is polite, honest, professional and a genuinely lovely person. If he says he will get back to you, he will no matter how busy he is. He has a "get it done" attitude which is what you need when buying/selling a property. Joe kept me informed on the progress of my sale and how the chain was progressing. It wasn't the easiest at times but he remained positive. He was talking to everyone in the chain from the bottom to the top, which was me the non client. In my opinion every Estate Agent should have a Joe. I would definitely recommend Balgores Brentwood especially Joe 🙂 thank you for a job well done 👏 ☺️ I can't wait to put a face to the voice 🙂
