GoogleAn absolute joke of an estates agency and definitely the worst in Essex. I did not even want to give them one star, they should get minus five!! A total utter shambles from the top down. In particular Joe Hayes! An absolute joke of a person who only cares for his commission and not the clients buying the property. They will bully and rush you to complete, trust me you will do well to choose another agency. STAY WELL CLEAR OF BALGORES AND ESPECIALLY JOE HAYES!

GoogleJoe Hayes has been a huge help through the entire process of buying my flat. He kept me updated and always phoned back. If out of the office, one of the team would always ask if they could help and were very polite and friendly. Peter Walker (mortgage advisor) was also a great help. He explains the complicated parts so that you understand what is going on and gets things done straight away. I would recommend using Balgores to anyone! It was my first time buying and although I had a few hiccups along the way, Joe and Peter went out of their way to help and hurry things along.

GoogleI couldn’t have asked for a better experience whilst moving house. All the staff at Balgores have been amazing but Joe Hayes in particular has been fantastic! He is reliable, very very helpful, friendly, reassuring and funny. ( we all need some humour to help us along the way) he goes above and beyond his duties. Joe has made the selling and buying of my house a very memorable (in a good way) experience. I would 💯 recommend Balgores estate agent. I would never go anywhere else. GoogleJoe and Billy did a very good job in handling the sale of my flat. Valuation turned out to be spot on. Queries were answered promptly and solicitors chased, especially as we approached exchange. By the end of the process I felt as if I was dealing with loyal friends. I would have hesitancy in recommending them and there solicitor's.

GoogleBalgores have kept in touch with me ever since I bought a house through them over 5 years ago, as I told them at the time we were always planning on moving in a few years. Prior to instructing them on the sale of my current house in 2023 they have always been helpful and responded on any questions I had about the general market. We sold our house in an incredibly difficult market so I am very grateful for all the teams hard work. Michael in particular has been fantastic throughout the whole process. If I were to sell my house again I would absolutely use Balgores again. Very satisfied with the fee level and overall service. A+++ five stars.

Googlehaving previously failed to reach a sale with another agent I was sceptical about putting the house on the market again. Michael arranged for a series of views on the first day on the market. we had a few offers within a few days. We accepted and completed within 12 weeks. Michael followed up on all calls and validated offers to confirm serious buyers. Will definitely use Balgores again.

GoogleWent through them for our rental recently and can't find any fault with the service. Simon was really helpful and responsive throughout the process and it was clear what was required of us at each stage. Viewing to moving in two weeks and a smooth service throughout.
