My wife and I have used Balgores Hayes Brentwood Lettings for nearly 3 years now and are thoroughly satisfied with the friendliness, service and professionalism of the entire team. What has made the difference for my partner and I , is that if things go wrong and inevitably they do sometimes, being able to rely on a competent lettings team to resolve as quickly and painlessly as possible is a key requirement for any landlord, and the Balgores Hays Lettings team consisting of Michael and Matthew delivered on this requirement.

These guys have helped with the sales of 2 properties for our family now. Honestly can't recommend them more. They've just done a probate sale for us, they've been respectful and kind the whole way through, and i couldn't be more grateful.

I recently purchased a property through Balgores Hayes. Their agent, Michael, was superb throughout. He was the only agent in the chain that made an effort to progress the chain and when complications arose at the bottom of my chain, he phoned solicitors to try and resolve the problems and kept me updated. He certainly went above and beyond what was expected of him and I would definitely recommend Balgores Hayes to others.

Jake Coldwell helped me secure the most amazing home I've lived in! He made himself and the keys available for me to see it on the same day, and made sure the full process was smooth. He's new on the team but I wouldn't have known as he did a great job! :)

Scheduled viewing at property cancelled due to tennant getting covid. Agreed we would look to reschedule for the weekend if possible, but was left with them to contact me for when I can view. I am not told they have an offer accepted. Poor communication.

Been a pleasure dealing with Balgores for my move. Jake Coldwell has extremely helpful and I can’t thank him enough for his work to swiftly get everything done. For a process which can be quite stressful, Jake and Balgores have made it extremely easy and I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Really impressed with Balgores on my recent flat purchase. Competent staff in particular a mention for Joe Lambert who I was dealing with direct. He was very efficient and made sure it was a smooth process throughout. He always returned my calls if he was away from the desk and was clear and precise with his information. Not sure how long he's been there but was extremely professional. Would recommend

I bought my flat through Balgores . They provided such a good service and made themselves available to show me around several properties. Billy supported me through the buying process and even after moving in helped with chasing up a few small queries . Highly recommended

Can’t rate Balgores highly enough. Bill and Michael worked so hard from the outset to secure the sale of my property. Always super prompt to come back to me and were professional, friendly and efficient to work with. Will be using them again for sure!

Great service from all members of the Balgores Team. Very proactive and professional. Was not a huge fan of estate agents due to previous experiences with other companies however with Balgore Hayes I couldn't recommend them more. Keep up the great work!

The agents at JLL were really helpful and acted professionally throughout the process of finding the apartment until signing the contract. They are also still at our disposal whenever we have questions about the tenancy. Can absolutely recommend JLL!
