We’ve recently viewed a property with Piers and we’ve seen a few in our time! Estate agents can sometimes come across as pushy or like they’re fibbing about things. Piers has been the best estate agent I’ve ever had show me around a property. He was just himself, very personable, honest when he needed to check something to confirm the answer to questions and respected the quiet time to view the house and take it all in. Just a really lovely young man who is an asset to the agency, and I understand he hasn’t been there for very long either, We’re not sure if we’ll have an offer accepted on the property we viewed but if we were looking again, I would be more inclined to view with Balgores simply because they have Piers.

Buying a house can be one of the most stressful experiences of your life, but Samantha and Ellie at Balgores made the whole process so much easier and stress-free. After my original purchase unexpectedly fell through, I found another property through Balgores, and from start to finish they were absolutely fantastic. Samantha and Ellie were always proactive, responsive and genuinely invested in keeping everything moving. They regularly kept me updated, chased solicitors and other parties when needed, and were always on hand to answer my questions and reassure me during what was a very stressful few weeks. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and their communication was excellent throughout. Thanks to all their hard work and dedication, I finally completed on my new home (in just one month!), and I’m incredibly grateful for everything they did to help make it happen. First of all Ben was very welcoming. Attended our calls and spoke with us and kept in touch throughout. Answered all of our questions and we had a lot of them but he patiently listened to our queries and answered all of them. Also, the house was maintained well for viewing. After having a bad experience with a well-known high street estate agent who provided us with inadequate marketing, little communication and a vastly inflated valuation that resulted in virtually no viewings, we decided to switch to Ewe Move, which was the best decision we made. From day one, Joe was calm, professional and in control of the whole process. I found Joe very easy to talk to about any queries or concerns I had. He was never flustered and filled me with confidence. Joe took great pains to market the property on every possible platform which resulted in a lot of interest and viewings. Joe was proactive throughout the process and followed up on every viewing to receive feedback, which was communicated to ourselves. We were kept updated on any developments throughout. It wasn't an easy market in which to sell the property and it did need some work doing to it. Despite this, Joe's motivation never waivered and I felt reassured that the sale and marketing of the property was in the best possible hands. When we did receive offers, we found Joe to be an excellent negotiator and he worked hard to get us the best possible price. I would not hesitate to use Ewe Move again and can't recommend them highly enough.

Having Balgores as my letting agent has been a very pleasant experience during my time as a tenant. I'm going to try to keep this short as I don't want Neil's head to explode with all the praise, but really: I can't recommend Neil Beglin and his team at Ewe Move in Brighton highly enough. I had a flat sitting on the market for a year and a half, waiting to be sold. Almost zero interest. The previous estate agents were nice people but frankly didn't have much of a strategy. Neil immediately rose to the challenge upon being instructed, managing a small but impactful renovation of the property, creating a brilliant marketing presentation (proper professional photography, CGI and persuasive copy), and managed the sales funnel like true pro. The result: a buyer found within a matter of weeks. The conveyancing took a while, but even then Neil made sure that communication flowed brilliantly between all parties involved. Thanks, Neil! Let's do it again sometime. ;)
