GoogleWe bought and sold through Balgores. The sale went well and was handled very well. Our first attempt at a purchase was awful... we spent weeks being strung along by sellers who were being dishonest. When the director got involved, he made me feel like I didn't know what I was talking about despite his colleagues agreeing that the sellers were being dishonest. I found this attitude to be very very disappointing and nothing was resolved as we chose to stop the attempted purchase as we were getting nowhere. I wish we would have pulled out sooner as it caused so much stress and everyone was so fed up with the situation. We decided to purchase through another agent and didn't look through Balgores for our second home because of this. Overall the sale and correspondence throughout with Connor, Josh, Andrew and Jason was fantastic and they always did their best to keep us in the loop. Sorry I can't say the same for the director.

The Trusted Agent3rd time lucky
I used two other local agents before going to Balgores and it was the best decision ever! All other agents didn't bother updating me or give me any feedback but this agency were a cut above. Charlie (the lovely, friendly agent) kept me regularly updated at all times - he also got me loads more money!
I have dealt with loads of buying and selling in my time and this was by far the best and easiest transaction. Do yourself a favour and don't waste your time going anywhere else.

GoogleWow - very speedy response from James one evening, when I sent through a right move message wanting to view the property the next day. He arranged the viewing with the owner for the next day which was absolutely perfect! Really perfect timing to fit into my busy diary. I have been searching for a decent size house in Chelmsford for so long and was so glad to find something.
Everything was straight forward, barring the potential 17 viewings that this property had on the next day, however this did not put me off. I wanted this house, I wanted this new life in Chelmsford.
Various conversations via email and telephone went on to "bid" for this property, however I Won with plenty of luck!
I could not fault James at all, really made viewing/purchasing this house an enjoyable experience.
The completion stage, admittedly was stressful, but Caroline kept in constant touch and kept chasing the current vendors for various information and completion of forms. Happy to say I am now living in the house, and enjoying it! Balgores - Thank you! You have really helped to make a dream come true!

They refuse to rent a house after I make an offer they continued to show the property to other people and the they said somebody else offered to the landlord the rent for one year up front
