I am a real seller - Selling my house through Balgores! Nice people - miss leading sale pitch on the buy in protection agreement! If buyer wants to make bids and pull out, they can, and you get nothing - so you think your selling, paying fees and they can pull out without consequences . Thats my experience . Obviously the fault of the false bidder!i The 5k sales protection is a miss sell (in my opinion only ) they make a big thing - First sale fell through. I don’t know if it’s just Balgores Chelmsford that’s miss selling but it’s not the protection I thought we were paying for. Still, nice people at balgores - pointless agreement if the buy’er can pull out weeks later. (Wasting time and money)

GoogleWe used Balgores when we sold our last house so it was a no brainer for us to use them again. The service Joe, Jamie and the whole team provide is one that all estate agents should aspire to. Our sale was an emotional one but was dealt with sensitively, and we always felt like we were in safe hands. I would have no hesitation to recommend using this company.

GoogleBalgores wasn’t my first choice as other agents had promised me a dedicated service at less cost which was not forthcoming. Moving to Michael K and team was a refreshing change. My sale was handled with speed, energy and excellent feedback throughout. I felt that Michael and his team were on my side and I received timely, accurate and good advice when needed. A lot of effort was put in by Michael and the whole team in getting a difficult sale over the line. The little extra I paid in comparison with other agents was well worth the difference and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you. Balgores.
