I rented a room in a shared flat for 7 years and had a wonderful experience throughout my tenancy. The flat was comfortable and well-maintained, and any issues were always addressed promptly and professionally. Communication with the landlord/agency was excellent, friendly, straightforward, and fair. Moving out was smooth, and I received my full deposit back on the same day I left, without any problems. I’m grateful for such a positive renting experience and would happily recommend them to anyone.

Really impressed by Charlotte and her team from taking my initial enquiries from Rightmove to following up on all questions. She coordinated a virtual viewing to engaging with me throughout. I wanted to see another property by virtual or have a friend see it but another local estate agency refused and were just rude. Rubbish like any british letting agency. The process is always the same: 1) Advertise an overpriced "ruin" known as room or flat nowadays though edited pictures to make it look better than it is. 2)During the viewing dont forget to lie and conceal important information from the tenant. Remember they dont give a damn about you, they just want your money. 3) After the contract is secured make sure to ask for a couple of months rent in advance as a deposit. Yes people renting nowadays dont want a roof on their head. Deep down they want to vandalize your property. You got us!!! 4) Should any issues arise make sure to take a couple of weeks to reply. In the event that someone insists about a repair in the rented "ruin" make sure to use your super powers! SECTION 21 EVICTION notice. Why? Because you dared to ask for some decency in your "ruin". NOPE. You dont matter my friend. But your pocket does. 5)Make sure to deliver the final blow! Keep the whole deposit by blaming the tenant for everything that is wrong inside the "ruin". After all it your reward for your "hard work". 6) Last step. While the tenant is trying to move out make sure to harass them and stress them as much as possible. Once they are out of the "ruin" re- advertise the "ruin" BUT dont forget to list at least 200£ more expensive. After all the more its "value" increases so do the chances for it to collapse. BRAVO!

Got in contact with Clint and within a week of being on the market with him, we had sold!! He was absolutely amazing took care of everything! We decided to sell our house, so I arranged for half a dozen estate agents to come round and give me a valuation. After listening to most of their sales pitches and a fair bit of nonsense, I started to worry, am I even going to find the right estate agent? 🤯 Out of desperation, I rang Balgores, not one of the big-name agencies, but I thought I’d give them a try. Femi, the branch manager, turned up. He didn’t give a sales pitch or waffle. The only thing he said was, “I want this property on my books, and I will sell it.” We agreed on a commission rate we were both happy with, and within a week, we had over 30 viewings and an agreed offer. We’ve now officially sold the property, and we also used Balgores’ recommended solicitors, PCS, who were excellent. Femi, Sarah, and the rest of the team were brilliant and supportive throughout the entire process. Thank you. But there’s one person who really stood out. Once Femi and the team had done their job, they passed the case on to someone who saw it through to exchange and completion. I’m in my 60s and I’ve always wanted to meet Wonder Woman, and I finally did. Louise. I had so many conversations with her over the phone. She was on top of everything. When we received emails from the solicitor filled with jargon, Louise would call us and explain everything in plain English. She made a very stressful process feel manageable, and even human. I truly hope that everyone going through a sale or purchase has a Louise to guide them through it. No one asked me to write this review. I’m doing it because it’s well deserved. I also hope the owners and senior managers of Balgores read this, because it’s people like Louise who make your company what it is. I sincerely hope you show your appreciation with a Pay rise or at best a bonus. Sometimes, we don’t realise how valuable someone is… until it’s too late.
