GoogleCustomer service is non existent, lady names Joanne just tried to argue with me on the phone! No one checked the house before I moved in, so house was in an uninhabitable condition, had to sort this myself as I was in a desperate situation with a baby. Don't bother with them, so many problems and I've only been living here 2 months! Wish I had gone elsewhere. After posting this review, I was contacted by Michael Bacon the Area Manager. He kept in contact with me and updated me on everything. Very polite and helpful, needed him from the start.

GoogleWe cannot recommend Balgores Romford enough, from our first meet with Jack we knew we were in good hands. Smart, well mannered and super friendly. The whole process of selling to completing felt seamless with Jack, Ryan and Sean's help, they were always around to answer questions whatever time of the day we needed something answered. These guys are worth every penny when selling your home! - Thank You! TIP: Take up the offer of using their solicitors AVrillo as being linked to the company really does benefit you with chasing things up.

All the staff work together and make up an fantastic team. I will definitely be recommending you guys to any of my clients friends and family in the future. I Would like to thank Charlie King and all the staff at Balgores Hornchurch for a five star service from start to finish! Charlie was always there to answer any queries even on his days off and out of office hours. You really made this so easy for us. Katie in sales was an absolute star constantly in touch in the final few days.
