I needed a good agency to let my mother's house when she went into residential care and then, in due course, to sell it. As I live some 500 miles away from the house I had to have an agency that kept me informed and could sort out all the day to day issues. Balgores Property did not let me down. Top marks.

The team worked hard to sell the property. They kept informed me of the housing market in the locale as the property I was selling was several hundreds of miles from me. Their opinions were honest and I felt reassured that my property and myself were in safe hands. There was respect on both sides throughout and communication could not have been clearer. Although I doubt I will never have a property in that area to sell again, I would not hesitate to recommend them highly to others . With thanks and high regard

TrustpilotExcellent First Class Service
We sold our house through Balgores, Hornchurch within a month. We cannot praise Billy Gill enough. Billy was amazing from start to completion. He told us he would sell our house and he was true to his word. Billy and his team are extremely knowledgeable, professional and so very helpful. Billy was always there to answer any queries which was so reassuring. We cannot fault Balgores and would highly recommend to family & friends and anyone looking to sell or buy in Hornchurch. Thank you for a first class service.

TrustpilotSimply the Best
Honestly I tried so many of the main high street estate agents as well as online selling it was a joke until I went with Balgores in Hornchurch. They were head and shoulders above the competition and realistic. They told me in a difficult market my house would be sold within a month and against the odds it did sell. Can’t praise their professionalism enough.

GoogleBalgores Romford Letting team were great in finding tenants for our property. the process was swift and quick. Thanks Toni and the team.

GoogleBalgores Romford have been simply fantastic! Having not moved home for 16 years we were quite nervous about the whole process of buying and selling again. Jack and Ryan in particular were amazing and held our hand, so to speak, throughout the whole process. Moving home is extremely stressful but having a team like Balgores Romford behind you is just what you need to help you through the experience. They are professional, friendly and really lovely people to deal with. Thanks for everything Balgores!

GoogleWe have just used Balgores Lettings for our first investment property and they have been outstanding throughout. Paul came to the property and explained everything to us in great detail. They found us the perfect couple as tenants within two days and they moved in with in 14 days. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleWe have just exchanged, completing on Friday! Balgores have been professional throughout, happy to speak to you about anything no matter how trivial. I have spoken to nearly everyone from Accounts to Lettings and then Sales! Sean has always been available, Jo, both Sarah’s and if I missed anyone out sorry! This is not the first time I have used Balgores and would recommend them to anyone!

GoogleJust found a one bedroom flat through Balgores and the experience has been first class. We have never rented before and Frazer showed us four properties to choose from, he thoroughly went through the process in great detail. Emily also kept us updated everyday and we are now settled in our new property.
