After my initial confidence with selecting Balgores, I have to say that for a considerable amount of time I was somewhat disappointed with the service received against what had been promised. Although they were efficient at arranging viewings and marketing the property, the lack of contact did frustrate me. I lost count of the number I times I had to contact them to find out what was happening! To be fair, this was resolved after the member of staff I had been dealing with left the company. Also some small niggles about the front door not being locked properly and lights left on when they showed prospective buyers round.That being said, after the change of staff, things progressed quite quickly and a sale was achieved.

It was very stressful but Balgores held us till the end. The only negative is the fact that we were promised still that was not completely true by an employee who initially took over our sale but later left. Also their fees are very pricy!

Rubbish, didn’t have a clue what was going on during the whole process, even though they controlled the whole chain! Said they would call back with more information and an update, but never did, I had to chase them again and again! Never done any due diligence on potential buyers, so they haven’t checked to see if they had mortgage offers etc. Very frustrating, I would avoid if possible. Also more expensive than others! Only went with them as they had control of the complete chain, but that didn’t help!

I have dealt with a few people at Balgores who have been really kind, but I have to say that one person in particular has been outstanding Sarah Oakley. I have been a pain I kept phoning Sarah sometimes 3 times a day and each time she has be patient helpful and understanding. I wish to personally say that Sarah Oakley is professional in what she does and very helpful. Sarah never gives empty promises and delivers every time. Sarah Oakley has been the best estate agent ever and her manager needs to give her a massive pay rise. We really can’t praise highly enough how professional and diligent Deepuk and his team have been in dealing with the sale of our property in Hornchurch.We live in Australia and this brings a unique set of circumstances with time difference. This didn’t ever become a problem as Deepuk always managed to email or call with updates. On occasion that we called the office we found the team to be very helpful and this would often be followed up with contact from Deepuk himself.We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Deepuk and his team to anyone looking to sell.Very happy with the service and outcome
