GoogleWe are completing on Friday and I can't believe its here!! I just wanted to say thank you to Allannah & Brad especially, but not forgetting the rest of the Balgores team. When I chose an estate agent, I needed someone who could understand me and what we wanted and also someone that could put up with my endless questions. You were exactly that! There was no question too silly, no text or email too much & I just felt like you were completely on our side. You pushed your hardest for us to sell our property and your communication was second to none. I chose Balgores because I believe they are the most up to date agency I found & they know what they are doing. I want to thank you so much for being there every step of the way and pushing our sale. I am so glad I chose Balgores and Allannah as our Estate Agent.

GoogleJust sold our house in Harold Wood with Balgores of Romford.
Have bought and sold many times over the last 25 years and have to say these guys made it as smooth an experience as they could. After being let down by a buyer they quickly got back on the case, so we wouldn’t lose the house we had chosen, and managed to get us another buyer.
Hats off to you guys you pulled a blinder

TrustpilotFirst Home Purchase
We purchased our first home a few months ago. Balgores were very proactive in helping us finalise everything, even using different branches to help speed up the process. Every person we spoke too was wonderfully helpful. Most importantly for me was that they were kind and genuinely nice people to talk too, I didn't dread picking up the phone!A special shout out to Ricky who first showed us round, flawless throughout the process.

TrustpilotVery poor communication from the estate…
Very poor communication from the estate agent. They recommended their solicitors so they say the whole process can be fast tracked. But that wasnt the case. Even their mortgage advice bureau was a complete farce. No one knew what was happening with the property we purchased. I would avoid using their solicitors and mortgage advice bureau.
