GoogleCan’t rate Balgores highly enough. Bill and Michael worked so hard from the outset to secure the sale of my property. Always super prompt to come back to me and were professional, friendly and efficient to work with. Will be using them again for sure!

TrustpilotTook way longer to sell than we were told it would
Said the sale of our flat would complete in 8 - 12 weeks, but took nearly 6 months - even though we had an immediate offer. Very poor communication from Jason, didn't ring back when he said he would and didn't keep us informed of what was going on even when things seemed to be going wrong. Didn't inform us that we would need a Gas Safe certificate and an electrical certificate which the buyer's solicitor requested 2 weeks before the exchange date. Added unnecessary stress to the sale as we had to find companies that could do the tests urgently and added hundreds of pounds to our cost of sale.

Buying home is such a stressful experience but the team at Balgores Romford were there, keeping me informed by phone and email throughout the whole process. A special thanks to Mr Jack for his positivity and enthusiasm and sound advice.

TrustpilotWorst experience we’ve ever had
Worst experience we’ve ever had. We moved in despite them after securing a key ourselves. Rang 9pm night before telling us we couldn’t move in because a new boiler was being fitted!! No thought to where we might live , no common sense, just ‘computer says no ‘ attitude. No idea who gas was with or electric or WiFi basically getting paid 12% management fee to do nothing. Would never ren or buy a house that had Balgores as agentsAs is typical of Balgores I contacted as requested, told me he was on holiday and would follow up on his return, can only guess he’s on a very long holiday as no contact to date, don’t use them
