GoogleI will never deal with this agents again.Made offer on three properties, other agent was selling cheaper then them.They don't like it and kept the seller and buyer in dark just to get their commission.CHEAP Booked appointment with the mortgage adviser and he didn't have my full documents, but cancelled appointment one hour before by sending mail and leaving voice mail.Didn't have guts to talk to their clients, such as unprofessional behaviour about them told me we can't help young reason was given. Just to mess there customers they can go to any extend specially their staff members Office manager Daniel and Hollie lied very professionally. Decision was made who they going to sell the house just kept us in the dark by their great lying nature.Time waste office with cheap class language. I had phone call from above name to update me, but I am not dealing with this property I don't have information about it, what was the update? I have to give one star this agent doesn't even deserve that. Such as poor service and bad management.

GoogleCalled twice to view a property, rude and short on the phone when trying to obtain basic information about the lease and charges etc, was told I would receive a call with regards to a viewing, was never even phoned, called back to ask again and was told someone would get back to me but no one did, overall substandard service and wouldn't reccomended. What it looks like was happening was they was keeping the place back for a specific person and not letting anyone else get a look in possibly for a little drink or something to a local investor or developer. Won't be using as my agents for as long as I live in swf, will stick with church and hawes
