Godefroy from ACORN Estate Agent Camberwell has been super efficient! He found me a Buyer in few weeks and with the current climate it’s very valuable. He kept us updated both sides (buyer and seller) to ensure our solicitors were not making excuses and were progressing promptly. We knew at all time which solicitor to chase. Godefroy was brilliant right from the beginning of the process, open and upfront and very contactable. He went above and beyond trying to corral the parties and get us moving towards exchange, even when working with my solicitors who were unfortunately very difficult and reluctant to engage. My purchasing process was very long, convoluted and stressful, but I am thankful that Godefroy did not add to that and did as much as he could to get the solicitors to play ball with each other.

Really delighted we went with Acorn to sell our 1-bed flat. In a difficult post-COVID market, Godefroy secured us an offered that we felt comfortable accepting within weeks of listing, whereas our previous agents failed to get an offer in the 5 months that they were marketing the flat. This was in no small part down to Godefroy's hard work in pushing all parties (buyer, seller, both sets of solicitors etc.) towards exchange and the access that he and Acorn have to a number of potential buyers and the ability to cross-sell. Godefroy and Taylor did a great job selling my flat. It took longer than we were expecting and there were a few hairy moments along the way. As sale lead, Godefroy really went above and beyond, seeking out and staying in close touch with all the many different parties, keeping me updated clearly and in a timely way and always giving me honest, constructive advice.
