Professional, efficient and friendly service from all the staff I had contacts with. Davide took the time to explain everything on my first visit at the Acorn office in Kennington and also answered all my questions when he visited and took amazing pictures of my flat. Damian dealt efficiently with the viewings and keep it me informed all the time about offers and how things were progressing. I did not meet Lorrell in person but she replied to emails in seconds and explained every requirements and was always available over the phone. They were all brilliant and made my first experience letting out my flat stress free. Acorn definitely have got the right people to provide an excellent service and I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone I know.

Genuinely impressed with Acorn's Kennington team and the service they provide. I have dealt with many different letting agents and property managers over the past 20+ years; Acorn are the best so far. Their service is professional and friendly, with clear and prompt communication between all parties. My apartment was marketed well and re-let very quickly to an excellent tenant. We recently sold our flat through Acorn and cannot recommend them highly enough. The flat was on the market for 2 weeks before they secured a cash buyer for a price above our expectations (and the valuation of four other surveyors). Their communication was exceptional, they pushed hard for us at all times, and we felt incredibly supported by them. Our sale hit a number of issues and delays (through no fault of Acorn’s) and they managed to placate the buyer and speed up the resolution of some issues. I am confident without their involvement, the sale would have collapsed. Our sale was quite tricky and stressful at points due to legal delays outside of our control and so we really appreciated their efficiency, professionalism and support throughout the whole process, especially as it took a lot longer than expected! They may not be the cheapest but it's definitely worth going with Acorn given their level of service and dedication and would definitely recommend them if you are selling in the area.
