GoogleThe service we received from the Lewisham branch of Acorn on the letting side was excellent. Both Lilia and Jade were very helpful and efficient and I have no hesitation in recommending Acorn if they are arranging the letting of your property.
Lilia was kind and helpful, understanding our requirements as our daughter, a new landlord, works abroad and we live some distance away. Lilia was respectful of the property, even removing her shoes on entry and marketed the apartment quickly and attractively. She always responded to any queries in a timely manner and was even good enough to go and remove an unwanted TV for us, as we lived far away. She really did go above and beyond to help us out and to find suitable clients.
Jade, too was super helpful in all our dealings with her always responding quickly and efficiently. If either one was unavailable for any reason, the other always responded in a timely and knowledgeable manner . As a team they provided us with an excellent service.
We were kept informed at every stage of the proceeding and I can recommend their services.

GoogleWould leave zero stars if possible. Please do yourself a favor and stay clear of this estate agent. They slowed down the sale of my partner's property for over 5 months. We have since been with a new estate agent - who actually is extremely good and thorough and friendly and communicative, and he has managed to sell our flat within 5 days of us handing over the keys to a couple that Acorn told last year not to view our flat because "it won't go through because of its cladding issues", which is a complete lie. Our flat is compliant if they had aimed to obtain the correct paperwork to prove this. They then rung my partner to say that there is no point us selling, it will not sell, and to rent it out.No communication from themselves, and are point blank telling people to not go and view our property? I think it's completely outrageous and I will be telling everyone I know to stay well clear of Acorn.
