Absolutely dreadful.. acorn got everything wrong they could have. Communication was shocking, contractual agreement was wrong, late rental payment.. I could go on. Estate agents generally have a bad reputation and acorn are a classic example. I’d recommend going alone.. !

Joe was my first and main point of contact throughout the process of selling our late mother's house. He provided indispensable support at every stage, even after I returned to my address overseas. Notably, every promise he made, he kept. I should also mention he arranged for essential repairs (gas, electricity, plumbing), which were carried out to a uniformly high standard with minimal wait time on my part. Acorn were the most successful and the nicest Letting Agents we have have ever used.
