GoogleHave found flat with Aidan very helpful very approachable always willing to help. Even though when we weren't satisfy with the property which we had seen help to find an excellent place to live in according to our expectations. Very high standard of customer service, high qualified people and highly recommend if you want a find really nice place to live. Very happy for being their customer.

GoogleWe have been dealing with Acorn Lettings for two years now and our first point of contact is Aidan Sealey. He is very knowledgeable about the Crystal Palace area and the type of tenants it attracts. Initially we had a property on the market for over two months with another agent with no luck, but Aidan found a tenant in a matter of days. He has always dealt with us and our tenants in a professional, conscientious manner and has ironed out any minor problems in a mutually beneficial manner for us all.

GoogleAcorn are just excellent. We dealt with Vanessa and Alex in the Crystal Palace office on both a sale and purchase and their services were exemplary. This was mainly down to their attitude; they're friendly, warm, understanding and incredibly efficient. What could have been an immensely stressful time was an entirely manageable situation. Zero complaints. Nothing but praise.

GoogleWe were tenants of one of their properties. Got a great deal and excellent landlord. The property manager was also great. I like the transparency of the company and enjoyed how you pay the check out fees at the beginning. They support you throughout, only good things to say.

GoogleMy daughter and her three friends loved a property that was being marketed by Acorn and wanted to rent it during their University education. When suddenly two of the girls pulled out, they scrambled to find new tenants, and as time was running out, they did. But this time a mountain of problems arose on the paperwork side, some guarantors being extra meticulous and asking for extra information. The staff at Acorn, Suzannah and Shirin in particular, were instrumental in handling all the communication, they were very constructive and went the extra mile to ensure everyone was satisfied. We had a happy ending. A big thank you!.

I especially valued your clarity, warmth, professionalism, efficiency and willingness to go the extra mile and help out in order to help the process move along. I believe you Shirin, the Letting Manager at Acorn, did an outstanding job helping me find the flat, along with liaising with the different parties involved within the process. I can only say 'thank you' once again and you can rest assured I will sing your praises to my colleagues and friends when and if they are flat hunting.

GoogleI used Acorn London Bridge twice, not by choice, just by chance, and I was very happy about it. First time with Stuart, second time with Beth. It has always been a pleasure to talk to them. In this last time Beth kept us updated with all that was happening, and did her best to accommodate our personal deadline. If I had to choose, I would choose to use Acorn services again.
