I am so grateful to everyone I dealt with at Acorn for making my house hunt and move as pleasant and hassle free as it was! Acorn provided an outstanding service in renting my flat. From my first meeting with Bradley (who bravely entered my freshly painted flat in a three piece suit) to the final signing of the tenancy agreement my experience has been positive. I received excellent service from Leon at the Camberwell office. Leon was responsive, communicated regularly and was extremely patient during the sale dealing with my solicitor, the tenants in my flat and my letting agents. I would say though that Acorn's valuation was considerably higher than what we received offers for, and we weren't particularly happy with the photos taken of the flat for posting on the property search sites. Nonetheless, I would recommend Acorn and thought that Leon was a pleasure to deal with.
