GoogleGreat lettings team ! Jade Clements remained professional throughout the viewing. Also the communication between Jade and Adam was very good from start to finish! They were very helpful and helped us move into our lovely flat very quickly. Overall great experience from Acorn. Would definitely recommend!

GoogleI had several high streets agents come in to value my house....some tried to sell me dreams! but I ultimately went with Acorn primarily due to Brendan''s sound knowledge of the area and property. He was quick with making adjustments to his weekend schedule in order for us to get the photos of the house done and advertised which he did himself. The house presented very well and both him and Yousef worked well in getting lots of potential buyers in and within 2 weeks we had an offer. Very professional and approachable guys.....A big THANK YOU for coming through on your promise!

GoogleWe had five agents in to do valuations and we went with Acorn due entirely to Brendan Kennedy's confidence, knowledge and professionalism. Brendan and the team were on the ball throughout the sale, even chasing up solicitors on both sides to get things moving. The whole process took just over 10 weeks, from commissioning Acorn through to completion, which I believe is fast for a leasehold. I am thrilled with the service I received, particularly from Brendan, and would highly recommend Acorn Sydenham to anyone selling in the area.

GoogleThe entire team at Acorn Sales have been outstanding in every aspect of our contact with them. From valuation through to exchange and completion, we have been constantly supported and updated on progress. Negotiations have been handled professionally and efficiently with a personable approach and we have complete trust that our sale was as important to them as it was to us. In particular, we want to stress how happy we have been with the level of contact and support by Yousef and Brendan who have always been patient and cheerful when dealing with us and our queries. Highly recommended.

GoogleFirst time to rent through agency. Not what I desired, sceptical & judgemental at same time. BUT. BUT. There is nothing more, a tenant could have wish for. The amount of support, attention to detail and comfort is outstanding and I will be more than happy to recommend this particular team to all crossing my path. I am most thankfull to Nathaniell, who had been a real treasure and never scared to go the extra mile to help with my move and paperwork. GoogleStephanie Carson is an excellent estate agent. From the minute I first met her, 8 long months ago, she was on my wavelength, quickly understanding what I was looking to buy and not wasting my time on viewings of unsuitable properties. She found me a great flat and did everything she could to help the purchase, until I had to withdraw. Despite that, she then set to and found me another flat very quickly, which was in a better area and even nicer. She was like a terrier in trying to speed through all the details and answer the queries I had, was constantly in touch with me, the seller and the seller's solicitors to try and resolve problems, and she was always cheerful and straight talking. I was very impressed by her and would definitely want her handling any purchase / sale I might make in future!

GoogleProfessional and personable. We couldn't have asked for a better team to sell our house than Matt and his team at Grove Park Acorn. They were professional from our first meeting right though to the exchange. Matt went above and beyond any expectations to keep us informed stage by stage and never made me feel silly when I asked questions, he was an all around kind and genuine person. They were easy to contact either by phone or email and actioned any issues quickly and efficiently. Amazing service and I couldn't recommend them enough.

GoogleHighly recommended! Matt (the manager) was a huge help with lots of advice/recommendations from start to finish for the sale of our property. It was far from easy as we’re deaf (so all communication had to be done by e-mail), the flat only had 44 years left on the lease & had defects, plus Japanese knotweed was found by the surveyor on our development so we really needed his experience to help make it all happen & keep the buyer happy. The buyer got an extended lease on completion and we got the price we needed, couldn’t thank him enough for all his care and support which he has gone beyond his normal duties. Absolutely brilliant!!
