GoogleI have been hugely impressed by my recent experience with Thomas Merrifield. From the beginning of the process arranging viewings, the team were very amenable to last minute requests and updates and Jon Warrell in particular has been a fantastic support throughout. I cannot fault his professionalism and conscientiousness. As first time buyers, the process can seem a little daunting with a lot of legal jargon to understand, however Jon was available and happy to help provide clarity where required. I would like to say that the team led by Jon Warrell have done an amazing job throughout the whole sales process, from valuations at the off plan stage right the way through to handing over the keys on the final plot. Whilst achieving in excess of the initial estimates on the site value, they were also very communicative throughout with updates after each and every viewing, something I feel is extremely important.
