GoogleClint and his team recently helped OXON Property Search with a client's investment purchase in Kidlington. Despite being new build there were various complicated lease matters which required understanding and negotiation. Clint and team were on hand throughout to steer these negotiations, thankfully to a successful conclusion. Our client now looks forward to completing on their new acquisition in early June.

GoogleWe have recently bought a lovely house in Yarnton with help of Thomas Merrifield team. It was a new experience for us and we had a lot of questions. Graeme was very patient and extremely helpful with all our enquiries and explained all in detail. He communicated with the solicitors involved and kept us to to date on any progress. The sale went very smoothly for us. I would highly recommend this agency for anyone who is willing to sell/buy a property.

GoogleWe saw a house come on the market we were very keen to purchase, Graeme and team got our house on the market and sold within a week, and got our offer accepted on the house we wanted. Through the whole process, which had its complications, Graeme was absolutely on the case keeping everyone informed, and keeping things moving in the right direction. GoogleExcellent service from Clint the team. Very professional approach, combined with regular and frequent communication. Attractive promotional material led to a large number of viewings within days, followed by a very positive offer. We were kept informed at every step of the process and Clint ensured that the buyer's solicitors and mortgage company were "encouraged" to move as fast as possible. I'd definitely use Thomas Merrifield again.

GoogleSo lovely and helpful. It is early days in our tenancy but we are really happy to be staying in one of their managed properties - Lily, especially, has gone above and beyond. The previous tenant had covid anxiety and they were really understanding of this and it's left us feeling very safe and secure. They don't have many properties but if you're interested in one of theirs I really do recommend - the whole process between being interested in a property and actually moving in was completely pain free!

GoogleI needed to get some information about the landlord of a property next to my own. It took a phenomenally long time to get a response from Thomas Merrifield Lettings -- several phone calls, emails, and a personal visit to one of their offices. I did finally get the information, but the experience was frustrating. I think my first few emails went into some black hole email inbox.
