Untrustworthy! 5 months in new home and still snags not rectified, including where I've paid for upgrades and they were damaged and still not replaced. They give you the sales pitch how its going to be the perfect house and any issues they will rectify and its all hot air! So many appointments to repair issue and half the time they failed to turn up costing me valuable time off work. The site manager told me at a meeting half way through the build how they put so much insulation in and especially in the bathrooms so you would never hear anyone, completely untrue and you can hear someone peeing wherever you are in the hoise. Additionally large Scrape approx 10inch x 1inch on lounge window and they refused to replace it as I reported it after 7 days and they said its outside the 'window' they allow and so it's classed as cosmetic. Currently just starting the process to go to the ombudsman.

Looks like really nice place to live,at moment very quiet and that suits most of us,I just hope it doesn't get to large as it may spoil it a bit,but at present it's lovely xx

INCONSISTANT LANDSCAPING The area around the main entrance of the estate by the roundabout is always extremely well-maintained. However, this is not the case INSIDE the estate where trees, shrubs and turf are often left to die or become overgrown with weeds. Go and have a look. It looks awful and nothing is being done about it. BUYERS BEWARE The trees on the Site Plan shown to the paying public are only an "artist's impression" of what things could look like. However, they don't appear like that in reality, which is really disappointing.

Nice areas Good 3/4/5 bhk house Which is costly but very nice way to develop new areas. Nearly 3 crors is prices Rooms are small but with full equipment good place to invest.
