If I could put 0 stars I would and I never leave bad reviews… been trying to get hold of the sales team to book a viewing of a flat but it’s impossible as no call back, no reply to emails and no answer even if I leave a voicemail. Really disappointed

Visited these homes with my American cousins, as they are seriously considering moving to the UK. I have to say these homes are beautifully constructed with many modern features. My youngest cousin particularly liked the 3 bedrooms with the entire top floor dedicated bedroom. My only concern was the views of other houses and the road noise, but other than that, they were very nice and much nicer made over the opposite housing site.

Buying a Taylor Wimpey home was the worst decision we’ve ever made. The volume of disruption they cause “fixing things” is never ending, half the time they make the issues worse. Botched our flooring multiple times and now we may have to pay externally for another company to do it and Taylor Wimpey won’t cover the costs. We’ve gave you multiple chances. If anyone is looking to buy a new build please be careful and do your research on the site team and manager. We had just under 200 issues, yes some have been minor and expected in a new home, however some were larger things that should have been resolved prior to us moving in. Taylor Wimpey have taken so much time out of our work and continue to botch our home and the worst part is they don’t care about the level of disruption or stress. When we moved in there was paint in our flooring and in our carpets. Would never purchase from Taylor Wimpey ever again.

Unfortunately communal grounds standards have dropped to an unsatisfactory level since Owen Thomas (site mgr) has left the site. Disappointing that Taylor Wimpey allowed this to happen considering they are still trying to sell properties!!!
