GoogleWhat an absolutely amazing estate agents. We sold a property and also bought our new home which was listed with them. It wasn't the easiest of sale through challenges with banking system. Despite all of that Tabby was simply amazing . Kept us updated every step of the way . Our sale was equally as amazing organised . At the same time we was selling another property thrpugh a different estate agent and the difference was unbelievable. Robert Watts and Tabby simply stars 🌟

GoogleMoving house and having a baby are two of the most stressful things that you can do in life and we decided to do them both at the same time. The whole team at Robert Watts were amazing from start to finish, especially Tabby, Liz and Rebecca. They liaised with us, our buyers, our sellers and all of the solicitors regularly to ensure all the information was communicated to all parties. From the beginning of the process to our house being photographed was only a couple of days and our house was on the market and online shortly after that. We went on a short holiday and by the time we came back the team had a bunch of viewings lined up. Having never sold a house before we weren't sure of the process but Tabby called every week with an update and explained what we needed to do at each new step making the process less stressful. We are now living in our dream house and couldn't be happier. Thank you to the whole team and we highly recommend Robert Watts if you are wanting to sell your house.
Wow Haley you don't do things by halves do you so we are so pleased that the Birkenshaw team were there to help you on your move. Selling for the first time can be daunting and it is so important to have good communication and we're delighted you were happy with our service and it went well from start to finish as we pride ourselves on our processes. GoogleFantastic service provided selling our home through some very difficult circumstances with the lower chain Jenny at the Cleckheaton office was outstanding and made sure that we were kept updated at each step as well as chasing regularly to solicitors and other agents in the chain.Without her expertise I’m not sure the sale would have completed. GoogleRenters - avoid at all costs. Just not worth the hassle. Pulled our application, but did not tell us we had 24hrs to fill out an application. Myself and my partner both have full time professional jobs and had a busy weekend which did not provide time to complete the referencing. Molly claims to have emailed to warn us, but we have found no evidence of this. Also said they had called, but only called my partner not me, when my number was on the form as well. I've had better communication from a brick wall. Generally awkward to deal with.
Sorry James this is the Sales page but we will look into this and come back to you. We have looked into this and reply as we did to your partner above, it its a competitive rental market and please let us state quite clearly, we do not set the rental prices. This is simple supply and demand and if the Government keeps forcing private landlords out of the market rents will rise unfortunately. We sympathise with you having to work but we were clear in our requirements and we cannot be to blame if you didn't respond and we have other tenants waiting. We act for the landlord who wanted to go with the other party and have to look after their interests first. Good luck finding suitable accommodation.

GoogleIf I could give zero stars i would. Not worth the hassle, the lettings agent was a pain from the start, wouldn’t let us email them across most of the information, had to spend the day rushing around to get the application in. Then to make matters worse they withdrew our application without telling us, until they did it! They said they tried ringing us, however I work 12 hour shifts and work nights so I’m not awake in the day to answer their calls. They expect you to reply straight away and be at the beck and call. I work so I can pay your ridiculous rent prices! People can’t just drop work because you expect them to, whether it’s viewings or filling the referencing out. Also, they never said we had 24 hours to fill in the referencing, so clearly a lack of communication and inept staff. You’ve just lost some really good tenants now.
Amy again you have left this review on the Sales page like your partner and we do feel it is unfair to react with 1 star reviews if things do not go your way. GoogleI recently completed a purchase from sellers who used Robert Watts Cleckheaton as their estate agent. I wanted to say that even though I wasn't technically their 'customer' I really did feel they gave me great support during the purchase process, with some challenging and hairy moments from further up the chain we were in! Special thanks to Jenny who was extremely responsive when I asked for information or help (and when I was very stressed!). And whenever I spoke to anyone in the office they were all really great (Angela and Stephen). Thank you.
