GoogleMoving house and having a baby are two of the most stressful things that you can do in life and we decided to do them both at the same time.
The whole team at Robert Watts were amazing from start to finish, especially Tabby, Liz and Rebecca. They liaised with us, our buyers, our sellers and all of the solicitors regularly to ensure all the information was communicated to all parties.
From the beginning of the process to our house being photographed was only a couple of days and our house was on the market and online shortly after that. We went on a short holiday and by the time we came back the team had a bunch of viewings lined up.
Having never sold a house before we weren't sure of the process but Tabby called every week with an update and explained what we needed to do at each new step making the process less stressful.
We are now living in our dream house and couldn't be happier.
Thank you to the whole team and we highly recommend Robert Watts if you are wanting to sell your house.

The property sold very quickly within the week and Tabby was in touch every few days with updates, Lisa and Rebecca were also very helpful too. Things got a little complicated when the sale fell through but another buyer was secured within days and the property completed 5 weeks later. Selling a house is stressful, I live in the South West and as I am not in the area anymore I needed the property to be left in safe hands. As the property was vacant Tabby arranged for it to be checked on regularly for my peace of mind and always replied to my calls immediately.
