Once an offer had been accepted Angela was very proactive in communicating with the purchaser and our solicitors to ensure the sale proceeded as quickly as possible and was a delight to work with. Throughout the experience was very professional and extremely friendly.

Also wanted to note that Mike that showed us around the property was just a joy, nothing was too much trouble and he even took time to interact with our 1 year old twins, Mike made a huge difference to our experience, and stood out a like compared to other people we had viewed houses with. GoogleI can't recommend Robert Watts Estate Agents highly enough. We've just sold a property with them with minimum stress and lots of support throughout. Moreover, viewings, followed by offers, began happening just a couple of days after the property went on the market and it was sold, subject to contract well within the first month.Tabby, Rebecca and Liz at the Birkenshaw office took care of everything and kept us fully informed at every turn. Their approach is proactive; we never had to chase them for anything. Our property was empty but Tabby ensured the terms of our insurance were fulfilled and also arranged final meter readings. Head and shoulders above agents we've used in the past.
