GoogleWe recently sold our house in BD18 using Robert Watts estate agency. From the initial meeting (I had 3 in total with other estate agents) I chose RW to advertise and sell our property the reason was I felt they were very professional and realistic. We sold the property is the first few weeks of advertising. They were helpful throughout and I would fully recommend them. I would definitely use RW again

GoogleI can't use enough superlatives to describe how dealing with Robert Watts was, especially poor Angela in the Cleckheaton office, who was dragged through the ringer for 11 months trying to sort out my purchase due to outside factors like solicitors and ground rent negotiations. She dealt with the whole process in a calm, professional manner whilst not being "corporate" sounding, like a friend who knows what they're on about. She had a great calming influence on what turned out to be a very stressful purchase which I won't go into details. If I could award an extra star just for Angela I would.

GoogleWe are so grateful for all of the help Robert Watts gave us in both selling our previous house and buying our new forever home! We’d used them 5 years ago and had such a smooth experience we used them again this time! Jenny has been on hand for every question, query and wobble we’ve had. If she’s ever been busy or away, shes got back to us asap! Jenny and the rest of the team have gone above and beyond for us this whole process! We cannot thank the team at Robert Watts enough!

GoogleJames was very clear in explaining the process and valuing the property and giving us clear guidance as to the marketing of the property and Angela kept us updated regularly re the ongoing process, offers received and clear guidance. Once an offer had been accepted Angela was very proactive in communicating with the purchaser and our solicitors to ensure the sale proceeded as quickly as possible and was a delight to work with. Throughout the experience was very professional and extremely friendly.

Angela kept me up to date with everything that was happening, rang back every time I left a message for her and was very supportive when I almost gave up with the purchase of the property encouraging me to to the very end. GoogleAngela from Robert Watts in cleckheaton was absolutely fantastic from start to finish, the process was extremely smooth and i never felt like things weren't moving, nor did i have to chase up things that needed doing. you hear horror stories from people who have bought houses/ their first house but for us everything was seamless. would definitely recommend if you're looking for an estate agent to buy/ sell with. Also wanted to note that Mike that showed us around the property was just a joy, nothing was too much trouble and he even took time to interact with our 1 year old twins, Mike made a huge difference to our experience, and stood out a like compared to other people we had viewed houses with. Thank you again everyone at Robert Watts cleckheato!
