GoogleWould definitely recommend Robert Watts Estate Agents in Cleckheaton for any local residential property sale, especially Jenny who managed the transaction over the 10 months from start to finish. This was not a straightforward transaction and firstly we must compliment Jenny on the management of prospective purchasers especially in the early stages.
Once a genuine sale was identified, the process (often convoluted thanks mainly to what seemed unnecessary legal delays) was managed efficiently until eventual completion.
Have not been in involved in any property sale for many years and it does seem that nowadays the process is unnecessarily complex however Jenny managed to keep on top of things throughout, applying appropriate levels of pressure where needed.

GoogleI have recently completed a house purchase via robertwatts.
I cannot praise cleckheaton branch enough all the team but especially Jenny.
The whole process was a long and stressful experience through no fault of robertwatts what so ever but lack of communication via the solicitors in the chain.
If it had not of been for Jenny I don’t think I would have sanely got through the whole sale. Jenny and the team went above and beyond to chase things that was not even their job to do and made sure to keep me up to date with regular updates. Was always quick to reply with any update when asked even if there was no update.
I cannot thank you enough for finally getting me in my new home, without you all I think I’d still be waiting.

GoogleI recently attempted to buy a house with Robert Watts and Nicky was the lady who I dealt with the majority of the time. Although the sale did not complete through no fault of Robert Watts, it was an awful process which was incredibly stressful and they were dealing with a difficult seller. Nicky was absolutely phenomenal in her communication, efficiency, care, friendliness, honesty and kindness. She really empathised with my situation and worked hard to support me, find answers, chase solutions and a facilitate a way forward for me. She has been the light in a dreadful situation and went above and beyond in her role. If you get Nicky as your sales negotiator you are in excellent hands-that lady deserves a pay rise, a medal and a promotion! She wasn’t working for me but it felt like she was totally in my corner with me and understood me and my situation. At no point did she lie to me, ignore me, mislead me or pacify me for the organisations’ own gain. She restored my faith in humanity, there are some genuinely great people out there and she is definitely one of them. If you appreciate straight forward, raw and real communication then this is the estate agent for you!

GoogleCame across Robert Watts after they sold one of the neighbour’s properties. Initial service was a bit iffy. Photos were quick and we didn’t get a Facebook post like others so some admin was missed and when we did receive an offer on the house it was out that would probably be our only offer so knocked a star off. However the after offer and sales stage was brilliant, Nikki and the team helped push the sale on as quickly as they could and gave advice where needed so couldn’t fault them. An excellent mediator for when you have useless conveyancers. Would recommend.

GoogleIf I could give zero stars i would. Not worth the hassle, the lettings agent was a pain from the start, wouldn’t let us email them across most of the information, had to spend the day rushing around to get the application in. Then to make matters worse they withdrew our application without telling us, until they did it! They said they tried ringing us, however I work 12 hour shifts and work nights so I’m not awake in the day to answer their calls. They expect you to reply straight away and be at the beck and call. I work so I can pay your ridiculous rent prices! People can’t just drop work because you expect them to, whether it’s viewings or filling the referencing out. Also, they never said we had 24 hours to fill in the referencing, so clearly a lack of communication and inept staff.
You’ve just lost some really good tenants now.

Amy again you have left this review on the Sales page like your partner and we do feel it is unfair to react with 1 star reviews if things do not go your way. However it its a competitive rental market and please let us state quite clearly, we do not set the rental prices. This is simple supply and demand and if the Government keeps forcing private landlords out of the market rents will rise unfortunately. We sympathise with you having to work but we were clear in our requirements and we cannot be to blame if you didn't respond and we have other tenants waiting. We act for the landlord who wanted to go with the other party and have to look after their interests first. Good luck finding suitable accommodation.
