GoogleRenters - avoid at all costs. Just not worth the hassle. Pulled our application, but did not tell us we had 24hrs to fill out an application. Myself and my partner both have full time professional jobs and had a busy weekend which did not provide time to complete the referencing. Molly claims to have emailed to warn us, but we have found no evidence of this. Also said they had called, but only called my partner not me, when my number was on the form as well.
I've had better communication from a brick wall.
Generally awkward to deal with.

We have looked into this and reply as we did to your partner above, it its a competitive rental market and please let us state quite clearly, we do not set the rental prices. This is simple supply and demand and if the Government keeps forcing private landlords out of the market rents will rise unfortunately. We sympathise with you having to work but we were clear in our requirements and we cannot be to blame if you didn't respond and we have other tenants waiting. We act for the landlord who wanted to go with the other party and have to look after their interests first. Good luck finding suitable accommodation.

Jenny especially kept me updated weekly and I knew she was only a phone call away if I needed anything. We had a few bumps in the road with the chain as a whole but Jenny kept in contact with myself and my vendors to ensure we both knew what was happening. I honestly feel without Jenny and her support, the chain would have collapsed. I could have cried when collecting keys on completion day as my mortgage offer had nearly expired. They've been helpful, professional and always there at the end of the phone or email for any updates, questions and communications.
I have mainly dealt with John and Lisa who have both been fantastic, along with the rest of the team. They have provided a friendly, reliable and professional service from start to finish. They've done the majority of the viewings, I had an offer accepted on my house in a week of it going on the market and then they've been great at liaising with my buyer. The online tracker is also an amazing tool so I could keep an eye on the viewings booked in and progress.

It took about 16 weeks to complete - but that was due to other solicitors messing around and an exceptionally busy time for solicitors and estate agents in general.
I would definitely use Robert Watts again and Jenny and Lisa were very good to work with - nothing too much trouble.

James came out initially for an appraisal and was very clear, and wasn't frustrated by all of our questions. He wasn't pushy at all, and even gave us some suggestions of houses that we loved (he knew exactly what style we were looking for).
Lisa and Nikki were fantastic throughout the buying and selling process, despite some significant hurdles thrown at us by the solicitors. We can't thank them enough and simply couldn't recommend them any higher.
