From the valuation by John Watts, the photographer who assisted us to convey our home at its best, to the office personnel who arranged viewings and consulted with potential buyers on our behalf. GoogleI can't recommend Robert Watts Estate Agents highly enough. We've just sold a property with them with minimum stress and lots of support throughout. Moreover, viewings, followed by offers, began happening just a couple of days after the property went on the market and it was sold, subject to contract well within the first month.Tabby, Rebecca and Liz at the Birkenshaw office took care of everything and kept us fully informed at every turn. Their approach is proactive; we never had to chase them for anything. Our property was empty but Tabby ensured the terms of our insurance were fulfilled and also arranged final meter readings. Head and shoulders above agents we've used in the past.
