Replying to my emails in a quick manner and answering any issues or queries I had efficiently. They were able to provide real time updates from their vendor and vendors Solicitors. After 33 years living happily at our home in East Bierley we decided to ‘make that change’ and put our house up for sale. Robert Watts Estate Agents have an excellent reputation in our area and we had no hesitation in appointing them as our agent. John, Rebecca and Tabby provided us with outstanding support and service and we cannot thank them enough or recommend them enough (its a shame we cannot enthuse in the same way about our solicitor). From the outset, Rebecca and Tabby kept in touch with us with the latest information and updates as they received them - that ‘comfort’ was invaluable because, its never an easy process selling your house. Sadly, Google reviews only offer the chance to rate 5 stars maximum .. as we wanted to give them 10. Robert Watts Estate Agents = professionalism, experience and care for their customers and we would not hesitate to recommend their services.

As a buyer we found Robert Watts' service to be excellent and professional, especially Tabby who provided regular telephone progress updates. Whenever I called the office my call was answered or quickly returned and any enquiries I had were quickly looked into. Tabby's quick communication and professionalism helped myself and my partner retain confidence that our purchase would be eventually successful, despite appointing a very illusive & difficult local solicitors.
