GoogleWorking with Robert Watts on securing my forever home was probably one of the easiest things I've done The whole process from putting an offer in to move in took under 6 weeks, the staff kept me informed at every stage of the process so I knew excatly what was happening I used all the services Robert Watts suggested, Mortgage Broker and Solicitor and they were all amazing too, Rebecca, Tabby & Liz in the office were all amazing I can only score 5 stars, but it would have been way more, I'd recommend Robert Watts to anyone looking to buy or sell thier property, such as amazing proffesional service

GoogleI have to say that the whole team at Watts were absolutely fantastic from start to finish, and made what is always a stressful process much easier to cope with. They were always available to speak to and provided much needed reassurance during the more difficult moments. I wouldn't hesitate to use Watts again or recommend them to others. GoogleI live in Canada and am Executor to my mother's Estate. While in UK I engaged Robert Watts to sell my mother's house. I found Tabby and Rebecca to be highly professional and personable in their dealings with me. They kept me informed and helped me make decisions along the way. The web portal they maintain is also excellent to keep you appraised of all that is going on with the sale. I have not negatives just positives with Robert Watts.

I live overseas and relied heavily on them to guide me through the entire process, from listing the property to closing the sale. GoogleRobert Watts provided an excellent service. The process of marketing the property was very efficient, a useful online tracker and plenty of feedback regarding viewings. The property sold very quickly within the week and Tabby was in touch every few days with updates, Lisa and Rebecca were also very helpful too. Things got a little complicated when the sale fell through but another buyer was secured within days and the property completed 5 weeks later. Selling a house is stressful, I live in the South West and as I am not in the area anymore I needed the property to be left in safe hands. As the property was vacant Tabby arranged for it to be checked on regularly for my peace of mind and always replied to my calls immediately. Thanks to John, Tabby and the rest of the team for your help with this matter. I highly recommend Robert Watts to anyone wanting a professional service.

GoogleI have just completed the sale of my property with the Birkenshaw branch. I have been absolutely delighted with the whole experience from valuation onwards. Everyone has been amazing throughout and in particular Rebecca and Angela who have been willing to help at any and every opportunity and listened to my concerns, answered my queries and kept me updated at all times.
