The team were very professional, realistic and proactive which (as I work in the conveyancing industry) is very refreshing and evident when I had to switch estate agents to sell my property. We picked Robert Watts to sell an elderly relative's house, as they had done a great job on a previous [very similar] occasion - and we weren't disappointed! From the moment John [Watts] came to value the property, right up to the final completion day [only 11 weeks later], all communications were prompt, relevant and delivered by a team who clearly cared about the process. The fact that Robert Watts also offered a 'link' to a local solicitor made the entre sale process simpler - which was important with an 86 year-old vendor now living in a Care Home. Oh, and we shouldn't forget that the property sold FOR THE ASKING PRICE to only the second person to view it ! Excellent performance !!

From the beginning when John Watts visited to value the house I was impressed with the professionalism and likeable nature of John. The house was an inheritance from my mother and I did not want to be involved showing people around, this was not a problem as the agency did all the viewings, following up with all the potential clients and reporting back to me with details within a few days of the showing. I cannot recommend this agency enough as they provided me with information to make the house more saleable and nothing was too much trouble for them. Excellent service.

After a slow start, we had a few viewings which came to nothing then when we did get an offer we were kept in the loop all the way through. The agents at Robert Watts were always available and we would like to say a special thank you to Rebecca and Angela.

Lucy gave us a realistic price my property could achieve. She was confident of a price and made us feel at ease and feel confident of a sale. We recieved an offer within a couple of weeks and sold the property there after. All the Robert Watts team in Wibsey are bubbly making you feel welcome and are straight talking and up front with everything. Having had trouble with getting any information or moving things forward from both the buyers and my solicitors, I would have felt completely frustrated were it not for Nicola and the other members of staff at Robert Watts at Five Lane Ends, Bradford. They chased matters up and kept both the buyer and me up to date throughout the sale of our house.

Sold our house within 10 days of it going on the market. Great first visit from John who took a lot of time to get the photos and layout right. Really supportive and knowledgeable. The team managed the offer process so well, increasing the initial offer by 20k. Good weekly progress reports. If ever you think of doing this yourself for less trust me when I say using an estate agent like Robert Watts is worth every penny. They got us a great deal, managed the process so smoothly and we ended up with a much improved asking price offer through their expertise. Can't recommend Robert Watts highly enough.

I have recently used this agent to sell two properties, both were sold within a few days. All the staff were very helpful and assisted me in all aspects of the sales. This included obtaining services from other agencies and also being a good link between myself and the purchasers. My last sale was managed by Jayne Gallagher who was, despite my inability to remember her name on more than one occasion, always helpful, informative, pleasant and courteous. I would recommend Robert Watts Wibsey, and especially Lucy Golton ( who valued my properties ) and Jayne to anyone seeking an Estate Agent..

Excellent service all round. Starting with a detailed and realistic valuation followed by a steady stream of interested viewers. Offers were made quickly and realistically and we were kept up date on a regular basis even after the sale was agreed by the excellent Nicola Astley who helped us complete a smooth and hassle free sale. The entire process was handled in a very professional manner from start to finish and we felt that we were being looked after by very experienced staff who really cared about providing us with best experience possible.

I expressed my dissapointment that although the withdrawal fee was in the terme, it should have been mentioned at the point of sale, typical poor customer service person at wibsey in Bradford started raising her voice so that I couldn't speak, so I just had to hang-up.
