GoogleAngela from Robert Watts in cleckheaton was absolutely fantastic from start to finish, the process was extremely smooth and i never felt like things weren't moving, nor did i have to chase up things that needed doing. you hear horror stories from people who have bought houses/ their first house but for us everything was seamless. would definitely recommend if you're looking for an estate agent to buy/ sell with. Also wanted to note that Mike that showed us around the property was just a joy, nothing was too much trouble and he even took time to interact with our 1 year old twins, Mike made a huge difference to our experience, and stood out a like compared to other people we had viewed houses with. GoogleWould definitely recommend Robert Watts Estate Agents in Cleckheaton for any local residential property sale, especially Jenny who managed the transaction over the 10 months from start to finish. This was not a straightforward transaction and firstly we must compliment Jenny on the management of prospective purchasers especially in the early stages.
Once a genuine sale was identified, the process (often convoluted thanks mainly to what seemed unnecessary legal delays) was managed efficiently until eventual completion.
Have not been in involved in any property sale for many years and it does seem that nowadays the process is unnecessarily complex however Jenny managed to keep on top of things throughout, applying appropriate levels of pressure where needed.

From valuation to completion the service we received was flawless; unlike other agents we feel that James provided a fair and achievable valuation of what our house was worth rather than giving unrealistic expectations of its worth. Within hours of the advert going live we had viewings booked in and received multiple offers.
We had the pleasure of having Jenny being assigned to manage our case; the service we received was nothing short of exceptional, she went above and beyond chasing solicitors and ensuring progress was being made.
