From the very first call with Kate Watts I knew that this was going to be a great relationship. Letting a property with Robert Watts, Cleckheaton

The staff in the lettings office are efficient, knowledgeable and friendly.. The property was let quickly with the valuation rental achieved. The staff kept us informed throughout the process and we have been delighted with the service we have received since the property was let. Very good tenants were found via the vetting procedures and we have complete peace of mind knowing that our property is so well managed.

Quality of service

All staff are always helpful, friendly and supportive. The response to any enquiries or issues is always prompt and informative. The new initiative of photographic evidence in presenting information is very welcome as this also helps to keep track of conditions in the property and enables us as landlords to appraise any concerns or alterations.. Advice is usually sound and based on their wide experience.

The Percect Letting Agent

Robert Watts have successfully let my property for four years with each tenant staying for 12 months. They contacted me when necessary. They were amazing at the end of each tenant leaving and a new tenant coming in doing all the work. Robert Watts are fantastic Gill Spence and Lisa are both Fantastic and looked after me and the property perfectly. Would recommend 100%

Robert Watts Lettings have been managing property for us for 14 years and have provided a superb service. They have competently handled all aspects of property management for us while we have been living oversees, including finding tenants, maintaining good relationships with tenants, undertaking repairs and improvements or any kind, ensuring properties are well maintained and looked after..
