GoogleI wouldn’t use anyone else but Watts. They consistently provide great customer service, kept me up to date on my property and were honest from the outset. We were looked after by Angela at the Cleckheaton branch. She was fantastic throughout. A pleasure to work with.

GoogleRobert Watts are a First Class estate agent. They kept us informed and up to date all the way throughout the house buying process. Tabby the sales progresser, was helpful and friendly and always called back, when she said she would. (A minor miracle, in today's world. ) Highly recommend!!

GoogleWhat a lovely family run owned business from the agent viewing the house to getting the keys I was in good hands I met Carly who looked after me throughout the process of buying my house, no question was to much to answer, always got back to me through email or phone call if she wasn’t available and gave me great advice . Carly was polite ,pleasant ,friendly and made me feel at ease also a great team from start to finish I would not hesitate to to sell or buy from Robert watts estate agents thankyou

GoogleIf I could give 0 stars, I would. My experience with this estate agency was extremely disappointing, largely due to the attitude and level of customer service I received from Gill. if miserable was a person it would be her. She needs to touch some grass clearly is fed up of being sat at a desk all day. I had viewed a property and was genuinely interested in submitting an application, so I contacted the office with a reasonable question regarding the property. Rather than receiving assistance, I was met with a dismissive and rude response, ‘How am I meant to know? This was both unprofessional and unexpected from someone representing prospective landlords and tenants. Is this who landlords are paying? Customer service should involve helping clients or, at the very least, making an effort to find the information requested. The interaction left such a poor impression that I cancelled all future viewings with Robert Watts, and several family members have chosen to do the same. I WILL NEVER engage with any properties marketed by this agency in the future.
You have already posted this review under another name and we responded before so we have no further comments. This also should be posted under the Rental Google account as this is Sales.
