We bought our house via Robert Watts. They were good at calling me when they said they would. As we approached completion, sometimes I felt like I had to chase them to make sure everything was progressing.

We received excellent service on the sale of our property. The agent kept us up to date on the viewings and the progress of the sale even though we live overseas. On a visit to the UK the staff were helpful and cheerful. We highly recommend them for the professional service the offered.

Robert Watts Lettings have been managing property for us for 14 years and have provided a superb service. They have competently handled all aspects of property management for us while we have been living oversees, including finding tenants, maintaining good relationships with tenants, undertaking repairs and improvements or any kind, ensuring properties are well maintained and looked after.. We trust them to make sensible decisions independently, although they keep us well informed and are always available to offer help and advice. I would highly recommend Robert Watts Lettings.

Googlerented through these guys and lived in a property for nearly 2 years with out causing them any trouble. on leaving,when they couldn't find fault with the inventory decided to say the rooms were not clean and pinched my deposit.... poor service... they are just there make money for the landlord.

Reasonably priced local estate agent. Good knowledge of selling process and quick to respond to queries. Only downside is they have a lot of properties on their books so from a marketing point of view when potential buyers called through to the branch the staff have hundreds of properties to potentially sell.
