I am not normally a great fan of estate agents in general, nor of writing reviews of businesses, but in this case I'll make an exception. The agent arranged 3 viewings for me and was prompt, efficient and timely in each case. Having chosen a property, I was always kept well informed of the progress of the purchase, and pleased that the agent chased up solicitors regularly which I am sure helped to speed up the process.

The straightforward sale of our property took far longer than we had anticipated due to problems out of our buyers control. One particular girl, Melanie, was so helpful and went over and above her role including telephoning us in Lanzarote to keep us updated. Having marketed our house for sale through Robert Watts, I can say that all aspects of the sale process were carried out more than efficiently. From the initial meeting with James Watts, who came to view and value the property, until the final stages of the sale, which were dealt with by Kayleigh Sebastanelli, Watts were professional throughout. James was by far and away the most enthusiastic person to come and value the property, hence the reason we chose to market through Watts. Kayleigh, along with Jenny and Melanie, kept us up to speed with what was happening with regard to viewings, interest on Rightmove etc. Even when it came to the final stages and there had been mistakes made in the exchange of contracts, Kayleigh was the one to bring these to our attention and to point out possible legal avenues we could go down. Great service, had to be let in the property throughout the buying process to to empty buckets due to roof leaking and never had a problem, always let in within the same day as ringing, big thanks to josh who mostly met us ther and was very helpful and patient, james and the other agents also emtremely friendly and great phone service from the girls. A very friendly professional team. We were given very good advice after Robert listened very carefully to our needs and expectations. We were offered a new style auction or a traditional sale as the way forward. We chose auction and achieved well above our expectations and have already recommended this type of sale and agent to two of our friends.

I would highly recommend Robert Watts, Highfield Branch, to any seller. James Hart (Manager at Robert Watts), gave me an honest and reliable appraisal of my property. The valuation and predicted sale price were exactly what was achieved in the sale. My property was placed on the market at the beginning of July 2015 and there were numerous viewings that resulted in an offer at the end of August 2015. Although the completion date was delayed, this was due to solicitor wrangling and was not through lack of effort from Robert Watts as they regularly chased up both solicitors. That said, from sale board going up to completion date was 5 months which I believe is a great result. Pam, at Robert Watts, kept me fully informed and was a pleasure to work with. The only reason I did not give an "Excellent" rating is that, I believe, there is always room for improvement in whatever we do.
