From the beginning when John Watts visited to value the house I was impressed with the professionalism and likeable nature of John. The house was an inheritance from my mother and I did not want to be involved showing people around, this was not a problem as the agency did all the viewings, following up with all the potential clients and reporting back to me with details within a few days of the showing. I cannot recommend this agency enough as they provided me with information to make the house more saleable and nothing was too much trouble for them. Excellent service.

It took myself and my boyfriend a whole year to get into our perfect house and this was sometimes very stressful and frustrating. Tabby Hickling was absolutely brilliant and kept Rob and I in the picture throughout the whole year. She sympathised, understood and always remained professional and calm even when I think her patience was tested as well as our own! This is our first ever dealings with Robert Watts but after our experience working with them, in particular Tabby, I would happily recommend them to anybody. I cannot thank her enough and we are two very happy and thankful homeowners now. It was all well worth the wait.

GoogleShockingly bad customer care, terrible communication and liaison skills, as soon as the paperwork is signed you seem to be left in the dark chasing up information and not being told when the other buyers drop out !! I Would never use watts again very disappointed I had people knocking at my door saying that watts never got back to them about a viewing!!! And they take a percentage for this disgusting service!!

Rebecca Hey was brilliant. If I had a query she got back to me in super quick time - usually within 5 - 10 mins.
I never had to chase them for anything, which was SUCH a refreshing change in this day and age.
If Rebecca wasn't in the other ladies Tabby & ? (sorry cannot remember name) were equally as good at getting answers to my queries.
I give them 100/100 for customer service.

Sold our house within 10 days of it going on the market. Great first visit from John who took a lot of time to get the photos and layout right. Really supportive and knowledgeable. The team managed the offer process so well, increasing the initial offer by 20k. Good weekly progress reports. If ever you think of doing this yourself for less trust me when I say using an estate agent like Robert Watts is worth every penny. They got us a great deal, managed the process so smoothly and we ended up with a much improved asking price offer through their expertise.
Can't recommend Robert Watts highly enough.
