I recently purchased a property through Robert Watts and was extremely surprised by the service and the helpful nature of Pam in particular who assisted in the negotiation of the sales.
Estate agents seem to have particular reputation but i found this to be absolutely not the case during this purchase.

We recently purchased our new house through Robert Watts in Birkenshaw and were highly impressed with Tabby. Fantastic service from start to finish. Tabby was always available to speak to and went above and beyond to get everything sorted. Very pro-active and always knew exactly where we were in the process. Towards the end of the process we had regular progress updates from Tabby so we knew what was happening and she ensured all other parties where up to date which was a great help as our solicitors weren't very forthcoming. We finally completed the purchase of our house last Friday having had our offer accepted back in January,
It has been a long drawn out process to say the least but we got there despite the many hurdles, complications, and emails and telephone calls along the way.
We are particularly grateful for the time invested on our behalf as buyers by Melanie and also Kayleigh who always seemed to be able to get the answers we needed to keep things moving. James and the rest of the team however were also happy to get involved when necessary to ensure things ran smoothly and we met our required completion date in the end,
